Top 5 Navigation and Maps Apps in Cyprus Q1 2022

In the first quarter of 2022, the top five navigation and maps applications in Cyprus showed varying performance trends across downloads and revenue metrics. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, offers insights into the weekly activity and financial growth of these apps.

Google Maps Go experienced a consistent increase in weekly downloads. Starting from 1.3K downloads in the last week of December, the app saw a steady rise, peaking at 2.4K downloads in the week of February 28. The downloads then slightly fluctuated but remained around 1.6K towards the end of March.

The Radarbot Speed Camera Detector app had significant spikes in both downloads and revenue. Downloads surged to 4.3K in the week of January 17, then leveled off to around 718 by the end of March. Revenue showed a peak of approximately $256 in late January, followed by fluctuations, ending at around $150 in the final week of March.

Google Earth maintained a relatively stable download rate throughout the quarter. The app started with 605 downloads in the last week of December and hovered around 600 downloads per week, with minor fluctuations, ending at 623 downloads in the last week of March.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic saw a notable increase in downloads in early January, with a peak of 541 downloads in the week of January 10. The numbers then fluctuated and hit another high of 718 downloads in the week of March 7 before stabilizing around 291 downloads by the end of March.

Lastly, Radar GO-X: HUD, GPS, Maps showed a varied trend in both downloads and revenue. Downloads started at 163 in late December, peaked at 424 in the first week of January, and ended at 297 in the last week of March. Revenue saw a peak of $28 in early February and fluctuated at lower levels, ending at $1 in the final week of March.
